Main structure

Diaphragm compressors utilize a flexible diaphragm as a crucial component. This diaphragm is typically made of a resilient material and separates the compression chamber from the hydraulic fluid chamber.
The diaphragm undergoes reciprocating motion driven by an external power source (often an electric motor). This motion alternately expands and compresses the gas within the compression chamber.
As the diaphragm moves, it changes volume within the compression chamber. During the expansion phase, gas is drawn into the chamber, and the gas is compressed and discharged during the compression phase.
Check valves, typically one-way valves, control the direction of gas flow. They allow gas to enter the compression chamber during the expansion phase and prevent backflow during compression.
